Our roots go back to 1895 when our founder, John C. Clemens, started the business processing just 1 hog per week. He built his business from the ground up on the three core values of Ethics, Integrity and Stewardship.

Over 125 years later, we produce 1.6 billion pounds of pork annually as the 5th largest pork producer in the US, and have multiple production facilities. But even with all of our growth, we continue to operate our business under these principals
